Best Professional Teeth Whitening Products Done At Home

There are many methods that one can use to achieve white and gleaming teeth. Some of them include going to a dentist for professional teeth whitening, using products available in common stores, or getting your own kits. All of them provide results to a certain level, but some are better than others, while some might not even provide lasting desired results. If you are also one of those who are wearing dental braces, then having the right balance of having one and maintaining shining teeth is also important and should be observed.

To get the best results, one of the best ways is to visit a dental clinic for the dentist to apply professional methods. But while this may be one of the best ways to whiten your teeth, it could also be a costly exercise and trip. Previously, these were assisted to a large extent by the exclusive availability of professional products to dental clinics. So you get what you pay for, and many who made the trips to the clinics certainly reported a high level of satisfaction and results.

While the best way to whiten one's teeth would be to abstain from food that could quickly hasten the process of discoloration and accumulation of stains and enamel, that way of life could perhaps only be adopted by individuals who seek monastic ways of life. Most of us prefer to enjoy the various colorful aspects of life, and that includes great food and beverages, such as coffee, tea, soft drinks, sweets and most foods that contain some form of coloring or pigmentation. Unfortunately, they all contribute to making your teeth less shiny and stained, thus increasing the need for the appropriate products or services to correct such a problem.

So how can one best achieve shiny white teeth without having to make expensive trips to a professional dentist to do so?

The most effective method would be to use the same products and methods that these dentists employ when they charge you large amounts of money to make your teeth gleaming white. But there are a number of problems when it comes to doing that, not least that of getting your hands on those products, without burning the same big hole in your wallet.

Thankfully for Bright Teeth Whitening Systems available here, you can remove the stains on your teeth in up to 8 different shades over 5 hours, doing it all by yourself. While this system would cost up to $600 when you visit a dentist to perform it for you, you can go for self application and give it a try for a limited time for free, paying only for the low cost of shipping and handling for the ADA approved teeth whitening product to be shipped to you, worldwide.

You can see some of the amazing results in photos taken here, including testimonials provided by satisfied clients who have used the leading tooth whitening kit in the dental and cosmetic industry, Bright Teeth Whitening Systems. U.S. News & World Reports have also giving it a glowing recommendation, and with other crucial and useful accessories included, such as the Laser Light for enhanced performance, remineralization gel which gives your enamel fresh life after whitening, and also custom-fitted mouth trays, getting to try this world class product for free for a limited time period at just the cost of shipping and handling is a once in a lifetime opportunity.

So why not take this risk free approach, as well as incredibly economical method of reducing discoloration of your teeth using professional products, in the comfort of your own home, as a miniscule percentage of the actual cost that you would have had to pay if you had visited a dental clinic instead? Whiten your teeth today with a professional product, before the time runs out!

What Is A Braces Kit And How To Use Them

For anyone wearing dental braces, it is common knowledge that cleaning and maintaining your braces is a must and extremely important if you wish to avoid hygiene and further oral problems and that is what a braces kit can do for you. If you eat with your braces on, which is a common situation for adults and teens wearing traditional metal braces, there is always the possibility of having the food from your meal stuck or lodged in between the thin wires used to make the dental aids. When this happens, what follows is that if the food is not removed or the braces cleaned, it will be acted upon by bacteria. This leads to the creation of foul smells, especially if the bits stuck are from foods such as onions, garlic and fishy seafood. From this, you will begin to develop bad breath and this is why many people wearing traditional metal braces or even clear braces are embarrassed to open their mouths to talk or do anything when they realize just how bad their breath smells.

A braces kit can also be used to protect yourself from developing cavities and similar dental problems if you happen to be wearing such oral aids. While orthodontists generally do not talk much about the benefits of braces kits because they would rather you pay them a visit to clean your teeth and braces, having such a kit around you would be handy as you can do this cleaning and maintenance yourself, and at a much lower cost. While the food lodged under your braces after a meal can potentially lead to bad breath, an even larger problem would be that of cavities. If you do not remove the bits of food, they can then be left to rot in your teeth and the germs and bacteria would combine to create plaque and eventually, painful cavities. When that happens, no matter how many braces kits you have, they will not help prevent a tooth extraction or even having dentures made as a result. So prevention is better than cure, own a braces kit to deal with this situation.

Braces kits are therefore incredibly useful as they are dental devices that can get into difficult places in your braces and teeth that a normal toothbrush might not be able to reach. They then clean these areas effectively and well. A braces kit is also extremely portable, and you can carry it around with you at all times so cleaning your braces is an afterthought even when you are out and about. This works out very well for students and the working adults who are unfortunate enough to have to wear dental braces and spend most of the day out of their homes.

What are some of the best braces kits available on the market today? DentaKit is one of the leading brands of such dental aids and are very affordable. They last long and works out cheaper than having to make regular visits to your orthodontist or dentist to have your braces maintained and cleaned. There are also many other brands of braces kits other than DentaKit, and you may wish to experiment with two or three to determine which one best fits your needs, and traveling requirements. While DentaKit offers maximal portability, there might be other brands which provide price ranges more comfortable on your budget.

Problems Without Clear Braces For Teenagers

For teenagers who refuse to wear clear braces despite having teeth alignment conditions, there can be many problems that might arise from that. Badly aligned teeth, ugly looking teeth and an even worse smile that would leave people avoiding teenagers from a mile away. On top of that, these young people will have problems chewing properly and this can get in the way of eating their food properly and even bad breath as pieces of food get stuck unintentionally without wearing clear braces. The result of all these issues often leave teenagers feeling low confidence and even when they decide to wear traditional metal braces because of the more affordable prices, this problem can continue to affect them.

In this current and modern world, there is a lot of pressure on teenagers to have good looks as they are often, unfortunately, judged on whether they are presentable or not. If they happen to have badly aligned teeth or teeth problems, and they choose not to wear clear braces, they can face incredible stress and ridicule due to their poor looking appearance due to bad teeth. Even if they are wearing traditional metal braces, the orthodontists would not be able to help them avoid being teased or laughed at due to the geeky or nerdy looks they might suffer from because of the braces. This is exacerbated when they smile and the braces start showing through their lips.

In addition to a poor exterior look, teenagers can suffer from bad breath as a result of wearing traditional metal braces. Clear braces can help to alleviate this to a great degree, but if they choose not to use it, they will find themselves quite easily ostracized by their peers or others whenever they open their mouths. Food can easily get stuck in between metal braces, and if it happens to be pieces of food that produce strong odor, such as onions and garlic, then a teenager wearing such dental aids might have to keep their mouths closed and breathe through their nose after a meal. Teenagers are also growing constantly and have a need for much food for nutrition and growth, and what happens is that they then crave to eat more often. More food and meals means a higher chance of bad breath while wearing braces.

By wearing clear braces, teenagers can solve the above problems with ease. Clear braces will provide an illusion of them not wearing any braces, due to the way they are designed. When they smile, most people would not notice the presence of any dental aids on teenagers, and this can easily give them more confidence. Also, clear braces are easier to handle and as a result, teenagers can maintain them better and remove them for regular wash and care, and this helps to reduce the occurrence of bad breath. And with current fashion trends, by spotting clear braces, teenagers can be recognized as having a symbol of modern fashion on them, as even the right dental aids can be a status symbol nowadays.

There are many teenagers who also wonder if there is a possibility of wearing invisalign braces without having braces. The popular brand name of clear braces imply that one is already using such assistance, but they are actually more akin to clear aligners that hold the teeth in proper position and provide the attraction of not being as noticeable as someone wearing traditional braces. Therefore, in theory, it might be seen as wearing invisalign without having braces, even though they sometimes do appear similar to what others are used to.

As you can see, there are some serious problems for teenagers who choose not to wear clear braces despite having bad teeth alignment problems. These problems can lead to embarrassing and depressing situations, and for teenagers, they can lead to long term emotional and mental distress which should be avoided as much as possible. Therefore, for teenagers with dental problems, they should make a conscious decision to consider using clear braces, and if they are at a loss as to what kind to use, invisalign braces can be a great dental aid to start with. Consult with your orthodontist and ask him or her for more advice. Do not treat wearing braces as a minor issue. It is important and requires your careful attention.

Use Clear Braces To Get A Beautiful Smile

We all want to have a beautiful smile and if you need to wear braces, that can be something that you might worry about whether you can still have that pretty smile to look attractive. There is a way that you can achieve that without having to be afraid of opening your mouth and showing ugly looking braces and that is to get yourself a set of clear braces made. With clear braces, you can stop worrying about your smile turning into a classic geek nightmare of metal braces across imperfect teeth, and put on a nice big grin for all to see and they might not even notice that you are wearing dental aids. That is what is so wonderful about clear braces.

Why can clear braces provide you with a brilliant and disarming smile? The reason why you can smile beautifully is because when you wear clear braces, it will look as though you are not wearing any braces at all. These dental aids are made in the form of many individual aligners for each tooth. Each aligner will cover the tooth that it is made for, and the beauty of the oral structure is that the material used to make each aligner is clear in appearance and made to resemble your teeth. Which means it is white, and with no trace of any metal bracket or retainer like structure that would give its identity away. In a general sense, clear braces are made to appear like a perfect set of teeth and they are placed over your own jaw line to mimic that. When you open your mouth to show your beautiful smile, these invisalign braces will look just like your own teeth.

Another benefit of wearing clear braces that indirectly contributes to you having a beautiful smile is that they are extremely comfortable to wear. The material used to make such braces are durable, yet soft enough to not provide too much of a presence of having something in your mouth. After a week or so of getting used to wearing them, you will not even realize that you are wearing dental aids. You can also request that your orthodontist ensure that the dimensions of your clear braces are as close to your recommended teeth alignment as possible so that it would not cause too much discomfort whilst wearing. At the end of the day, having a comfortable set of braces to wear will only lead to a more positive feeling, and that positivity will result in total ease and comfort of your mind and body. Inadvertently, your smile will be radiant and beautiful as it arises from your body’s total comfort.

Therefore, using clear braces will give you a beautiful smile. Not only is it cosmetically appealing, the comfort it provides is extremely high and a far cry from the discomfort from wearing traditional metal braces. Wear clear braces with confidence and project that through your beautiful and bright smile.

The Cost Of Having Braces Made

For people who are considering having clear braces or traditional ones made for themselves, the cost of the braces would have to be an important consideration. If you have ever wondered whether having braces made are expensive or affordable, then you would need to factor a few points into your decision or opinion, as there can just be expensive ones made, or affordable braces which you might then be able to save on while having your teeth alignment problem fixed. Instead of having to give up or delay having your braces made because of cost, you can actually be able to have a set made and with subsequent maintenance, without having to spend way too much money.

The very first thing to consider in determining how much your dental braces would cost and with subsequent maintenance would be the location of your orthodontist. Orthodontists are also businessmen, and you should always shop around for one with the best rates and service. Find a balance between that for your own satisfaction. Also make sure your orthodontist is one with the necessary and decent skills, otherwise making and installing your braces might be a painful experience. You definitely do not want to spend so much money to inflict pain on yourself and mouth just because of a set of dental aids.

With traditional metal braces, the cost of having them made and installed nowadays are not that high. You can easily have one done and not spend more than a few hundred dollars. These braces are also more durable because of the material and you can save on maintenance as long as you ensure that you clean them regularly. The only drawback to having such an affordable option for braces is that cosmetically, metal braces are not exactly the best addition to a person’s exterior image. They are distinctly visible whenever someone wearing them smiles, and it can be quite a turn off to see a smile adorned by metal braces.

There is a solution to that, and it is to rely on clear braces, or invisalign braces as they are better known today. These braces offer a perfect cosmetic solution to wearing such dental aids, and orthodontists recommend them highly. However, clear braces can be extremely costly, due to the material used, the cosmetic benefits, and also the fact that each tooth will require a specific aligner made to be placed over it. This is also the feature which contributes to their benefits. As a result of this, you will also need to make a new set of clear braces periodically, as your teeth alignment improves and changes. This can often result in a person having to spend up to a few thousand dollars just for making clear braces and maintaining them.

Thus, you can see that the cost of braces can be wide and varied. It certainly depends on the orthodontist chosen, and also the kind of braces you decide on having, clear or metal. Certain costs will also be attached to the maintenance of your braces, and if your teeth alignment takes time to be corrected, the delay can easily set you back a few more hundred dollars. However, at the end of the day, this could all be money well spent as you ensure that your teeth are well aligned and you have a beautiful smile. While the cost of braces can be quite high, the end result of great looking teeth and smile can often offset it.

How To Wear Invisalign Braces

Invisalign braces use clear or colorless aligners on your teeth which will look almost invisible or are not that noticeable to the human eye when worn. This offers a great advantage over traditional metal braces, lingual braces or retainers and brackets which tend to cause people to not want to open their mouths to reveal the presence of these dental aids when they have a oral problem which requires wearing them. Clear braces are a heaven sent for such people, and it helps to boost self confidence and it even makes your smile as natural and beautiful as one that does not see the presence of such oral structures. There are also some who believe that using such clear braces provide an advantage that invisalign braces have short wear time which means being less visible to others.

Before you start to wear invisalign braces, you will need to make a trip down to your dentist and get a set of them made. The dentist will check your teeth alignment and determine what are the measurements and dimensions required for making the clear braces for you. As invisalign braces feature one aligner per tooth, such a dental structure means a uniquely and closely customized aid designed to ensure maximum compatibility and comfort. But at the same time you might have to fish out quite a few bucks for it as it certainly will not be cheap to construct one set. However, do make an effort to shop around and check prices of invisalign braces online from different dentists to get the best offer available.

As the invisalign braces will have to be worn up to almost 80 per cent of each day in your mouth, be sure to talk to your dentist as comprehensively as possible about your preferences and comfort level. Also, to get maximum use and benefit out of each pair, be sure to check that the dimensions of the braces fit your current teeth alignment well. Take note that you will need to change your invisalign braces every few weeks as your teeth alignment changes and improves, so money will be continually spent on each pair. You will want to make it your money’s worth each time a pair of braces is made.

When you wear the clear braces, you can do it in two ways. First is to wear it continually for the few weeks in a row, taking it out only to clean it. This will ensure that your teeth and jaw line is in a continuous forced alignment to correct the problem. However, it is not exactly the most hygienic way, even if you do clean it. The other method is to take it out when you need to eat, and to clean it at the set times per day such as after you eat, when you get up, or before going to sleep. The key is to try to wear the clear braces up to at least 80 per cent of the day so that your teeth alignment can correct over the long run. Also, try to stay away from food which will produce undesirable odors after consumption as the smell might stick to the aligners if not enough care is taken. Trying to use invisalign braces with short wear time is also a personal choice. Some prefer to follow instructions such as described above, while others would prefer not being seen wearing braces at all and take it off more often.

Therefore, there are two basic ways to wear your invisalign braces which have been detailed above. Always keep in mind that the longer time your braces are worn, the earlier your bad teeth alignment will be corrected. Wear your clear braces consistently and with pride, and pretty soon you will be the owner of a perfect set of teeth and bright beautiful smile.

What Are Invisalign Braces?

Invisalign braces or clear braces are different from traditional braces that feature metallic strips across your teeth and jaw line are not only uncomfortable, they also provide a lot of unwanted pain and inconvenience for people who have to wear these dental structures due in part to teeth misalignment or malocclusion. As a result, many people who have to wear traditional braces might suffer a great deal of image and self confidence issues, so much so that they might even consider skipping work or school due to feeling uncomfortable from the physical discomfort or mental pain. In fact, many people claim that traditional braces such as lingual braces, retainers or brackets even create a problem known as bad breath for people who have to wear such dental aids. This results from either infrequent maintenance or even instant occurrence after a meal, when food that generates foul odor gets stuck in the braces or teeth and festers bacteria that produce bad breath.

With invisalign braces, or known as clear braces because they replicate the image of teeth with coverings that fold over your teeth, this might be able to eradicate at least one of the problems, and that is of the image and self confidence issues that people who wear braces constantly have to face. As invisalign braces resemble the look of real teeth and they look almost invisible to the naked eye of anyone, people might not even realize that you are wearing braces. With this out of the way, you do not have to worry about others teasing you for being one of the geeky looking kids or adults that had bad looking teeth, and still get treatment at the same time with complete peace of mind.

However, clear braces might not be successful in dealing with the problem of bad breath. Invisalign braces still require you to wear protective coverings over your teeth, and you still need to have periodic maintenance of the braces. You will need to clean it, otherwise food is still able to get stuck and if it happens to be something like onions, garlic or a product that leaves a questionable smell, be prepared to have to endure bad breath due to wearing braces. As with most types of braces available today in the market, you will still need to ensure to maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene of the dental aid you are wearing in order to avoid foul smelling breath.

Therefore, invisalign braces are just another form of clear braces whereby a wearer will be able to hide the fact that they are wearing dental aids, and still be able to show their big nice beautiful smile and not have anyone notice that they are using such assistance to fix their bad teeth or misalignment. It still poses some of the same problems that other types of braces experience, mainly that of bad breath, but it can simply be remedied by personal observance of hygiene which should be the case in the first place for everyone. Therefore, this is basically what invisalign braces are and they can be one of the most affordable type of braces available today in the market, while providing a great boost to self confidence aspects of wearing such dental aids.

The Different Types Of Dental Braces

If you suffer from malocclusion, or the misalignment of your teeth and dental structure and jawline, then you will need the fitting of dental braces for your teeth to ensure and make them align well and properly. There are extreme cases where dental surgery is required to correct the problem, but most can be fixed and corrected just by getting braces installed and the expenses can be much more affordable with braces than having your jaw operated on. Using dental braces is simply to fix them onto your jaw and teeth to force the alignment to correct itself over a period of time. This process can take a long time but it is most essential if you do not wish to experience further problems in the future.

So what are the different types of braces that you can get or buy to get your teeth misalignment problem fixed by a dentist? There are many types of braces that you can go for, but you should always determine what is the exact dental problem that you have before deciding on which to employ. Different types of braces have their specific problem that they fix, so not every problem can be fixed by just a general dental brace. You need to consult your dentist and find out what dental condition you have and then target the best brace solution for your teeth.

You have the most basic type of dental braces which is the retainer. While this is commonly known as a form of braces, it is actually not so, even though it serves a similar purpose. It helps to keep your teeth in shape and position, which is what braces do, but a retainer can only be used to help with minor and smaller teeth alignment problems so they are not a long term solution nor very effective.

One type of braces is the lingual braces. These are used by many people who primarily want a solution to their teeth disposition problem but also do not want braces to affect their outer image too much. As many know, braces on a person can oftentimes look ugly and this can directly affect a person’s self image or confidence. Therefore, lingual braces help to avoid this issue by being fixed to the back teeth instead of the front. This keeps them away from the view of most people and can be a heaven sent for people who need such dental aids.

Brackets are another type of braces and they are perhaps the most common type used by people due to ease of installation and one of the most affordable types of braces. Brackets are created using metal, ceramics and plastic and they basically go round your teeth strung together by wires across both your upper and lower jaws. This type is very enduring and can be used for long periods of time but the ceramics and plastic brackets braces are not as durable as the metal ones since they can be stained and need to be washed and replaced from time to time.

Another type of dental braces that is now becoming more popular as it helps cosmetically and with science and technology catching up with each other, the cost of using such braces has become increasingly affordable. The braces we are talking about are Invisalign braces or clear braces, which fit over your teeth and jawline with plastic materials that look just like your actual teeth and so in effect they look invisible and thus the name. Invisalign braces are now all the rage and look to take the dental braces world by storm.

So the above are the different types of dental braces that are available to anyone with a malocclusion problem or basically a teeth disposition or misalignment issue. Check with a dentist or refer to online resources to determine which specific problem you have and which type of dental braces suit your needs the best. These dental aids are affordable nowadays and can help to effectively solve your dental problems so do not discount the help you can receive from them.

With the advancement of science research and technology, there are also now dental braces for older people. A variety have been created for different ages and there are more people who are older who choose to wear them instead of opting for having new false teeth made. Whether you are suitable for dental braces for older people definitely depends first on your age, your situation and condition, and of course, you will need to receive a proper assessment from your dentist to determine if you are indeed eligible for such dental braces for older people.

Invisalign Braces - What Are The Problems With Clear Braces

Invisalign braces, also known as clear braces, are different from your standard, regular metal braces that you often see stereotyped in films and on TV by geeky looking boys and girls. In fact, with its invention, you no longer see those made to look ugly pictures of teenage boys or girls with braces and pimply faces. Now, while there might be invisalign problems that might still affect anyone including you, you can be made to look good wearing braces, and if you think these are not so affordable due to its cosmetic value, think again. Invisalign braces can be quite affordable nowadays due to technological and medical advances, and they are a boon for adults and children alike, who might have otherwise opted not to wear dental structures on their misaligned teeth due to negative image issues which might affect their confidence, even if some do experience invisalign issues about its usage, for example. The invisalign problems that some people might encounter would still be sufficiently excusable depending on each individual's situation and preferences.

With invisalign braces, you can now smile confidently wearing braces, without fear of your smile looking horrible due to metal strips running across your teeth, foul smelling breath emanating from your mouth due to leftover food stuck in between these dental braces, or simply looking like your typical nerd and downright awful looking. And because you can hardly see the presence of any such aid on your teeth, it can go a long way in convincing you to stick to the dentistry aid and benefit and in the long run, your teeth will be restored to its correct alignment and overall rectification will be assured.

However, wearing clear braces does bring along its own set of problems and invisalign issues. In fact, if you ask people who have tried such dental aids, then you would understand fully the kind of issues they bring even though they contribute greatly to better aligned teeth and self confidence boost. Wearing invisalign braces can often require more and regular maintenance compared to using metallic braces, due in part to its ease of use, so dentists recommend that you take them off often to keep them clean and this improves hygiene, which can be quite a problem if you were to wear metal braces. Other problems and invisalign issues that might occur include you might check with your dentists or the various online dental outlets that promote invisalign braces and dental structures and aids. They say that different individuals might face various unique problems, so it is best to consult your dentist or online dental forums to pinpoint what your related problems with clear braces might be. The range of invisalign problems that a person might experience will differ from one person to another, so it is always advisable to seek more information about clear braces from your dentist, and also request for professional advice on how you should handle the invisalign problems, and whether they are important in your specific case and situation.

Can Clear Braces Help To Get Your Teeth Aligned?

If you have misaligned teeth, can clear braces help to correct your teeth alignment and in the process improve your dental structure, teeth appearance and give you a big and beautiful smile? But we have all heard of people who, because of having teeth that are not aligned properly, decide to get braces done and fixed to their teeth, and in the process lost even more confidence doing it. They thought braces did not make them look good and they were all afraid of opening their mouths and showing everyone else that they have had braces made. If you consider the cost of braces and if stories of these people’s apparent lack of confidence as a result, then it would have been a very expensive case of spending money to feel worse in life.

Maybe using clear braces or invisalign braces, as they are also called and are the brand name for such revolutionary dental braces, would help to provide a solution to people with teeth alignment or dental structure problems. As you may well know, when people think of having bad teeth and using braces to correct such a situation, they would think of teens smiling with a big set of crooked teeth held by ugly looking and metal braces. It also brings to mind bad breath because of braces that have food stuck in between them, having to constantly remove them regularly to clean them and causing inconvenience, and going down to the dentist getting braces made from time to time. Not to mention the fact that some of these metal dental structures can hurt and cause unwanted bleeding or damage if not done properly.

It is said that clear braces avoid the problems prevalent in using metal braces for your bad teeth alignment issues. People will not be able to see too obviously any evidence of having braces fixed to your teeth when you smile or any time you open your mouth. If that is the case, it will greatly help with self conscious people who will make too much of a conscious effort not to open their mouths because they happen to be wearing braces on their teeth. But is this the only benefit for adults and kids who have to wear braces and face image conflicts? After all, getting affordable braces is not that easy as dental treatment in itself can be quite a costly affair.

There have been reports that you still need metal dental braces for a period of time before you can start wearing invisalign braces. Also, such structures are also called removable braces because you need to take them out to clean them periodically and also when you eat, for example. This is opposite to having metal braces which are fixed to your teeth the whole day as per instructed by the dentist and you only remove them usually, at the end of the day, unless you want your dental alignment problem to take longer to fix.

Therefore, can clear braces help to get your teeth aligned? Studies have shown that they can help, just like metal braces. Invisalign braces are the most famous brand of clear braces as well in this respect. But they at times still pose some questions about whether they have more of an advantage, and they can often be more expensive as well.

There are still questions from many people on how to get better teeth alignment, as they often wonder if braces are definitely needed as the solution, or whether there are other solutions and methods that they can employ to achieve that. The way to find out on how and what to do to get better teeth alignment would be to seek out the best solutions for yourself from dentists, or the suggestions provided by them online. Do you really need to wear braces, whether normal or clear braces, as the best way on how to get better teeth alignment? That is specific to different individuals and can vary from case to case. Some dentists recommend that clear braces be used, while others have claimed that there are other non invasive ways and methods to get better teeth alignment.
